Greenleaf lettuce is a green (looseleaf) Lolla Rossa type. The incredibly dense, frilly leaves are green. The stiff frills help separate other leaves in salads and add a lovely green colour. Our lettuce heads are raised in a clean indoor hydroponics system, so no pesticides/sprays are ever used. The gourmet heads are more flavorful than conventional lettuce, making it an ideal component in any salad or sandwich.
